Because your goals, experience, and needs will always be unique, the Web design packages presented on our site can never truly express what a Web presence can do for you and your business. They are offered as a very rough guide only, to give you some idea of what's possible for your Web site. In other words they are a starting point to help us in our thinking and planning.

So, the approach that we have found works best is for us to sit down together and work through everything that needs to be considered before we even begin the process of building your site. In other words, we have to develop a profitable online Web site business plan before we can ever sit down at the computer and begin constructing a site.

So we suggest the following:

1. Tell us what you have in mind for your Web site. You don't have to go into too much detail about this, just let us know what you see as the ideal solution for going online with your product or service. Please use our Contact Form for this, and select the "Website Design Enquiry" from the drop-down list. We regard this as a sort of initial free consultation (all our consultations are free, in fact), and there is no obligation placed on you at any stage.

2. Then browse through the Web Design page, just to get an idea of what they involve. Then look through the Optional Extras that you can have with your site (most of these can be added at time in the future).

3. We will then contact you to arrange a meeting (or we can do this via phone and email, if you prefer) so that we can obtain the necessary information we need to know to be able to help you with the best possible plan for your Web site.

Discovering the best solution for your needs will be our first step, and we have developed what we call our Client's Needs Assessment questionnaire, in PDF format.

This questionnaire will give both you and us a holistic and detailed view of not just your traffic or Web site needs, but more importantly your overall marketing mix and how SEO can enhance it.

When we reply back to you we will give you the download link for our Client's Needs Assessment questionnaire so you can download it and give it a look over.

Once we have made our assessment, we will arrange a free consultation with you to discuss possible approaches to your campaign. We will also present this to you as a printed proposal document for you to study at your leisure. Of course, further refinements of the plan may need to be made, as we discover better solutions.

However, almost all of our client campaigns include varying combinations of the strategies discussed in our free eBook, How To Dominate ANY Market in Three to Six Months, available from our home page.

Pricing Models and Our Guarantee

We price each campaign on a per-client basis, and our pricing is very reasonable. Pricing is based on amount of hours you wish us to dedicate to your project each week, as well as which strategies you'd like us to implement. However, we are more than happy to work with your budget and can accommodate a variety of pricing models, including: hourly (our standard hourly rate is A$60, but we are more than happy to vary that downwards for a longer block of time), per-project, weekly salary with a cap on hours, etc.

Our Guarantee: We cannot guarantee a certain number of rankings or that particular keywords will get ranked with particular Search Engines. There are simply too many variables to consider and anyone guaranteeing such should be avoided at all costs. However, we do guarantee the quality of our work.

When we tell you that we will reach a milestone within a certain amount of hours, if we fail to reach that milestone, we will complete additional work for free or at a pre-determined reduced fee until said milestone is reached. In addition, if after six months of site optimization, traffic is far below satisfactory, we will re-negotiate a severely reduced fee to continue promotion until a reasonable increase in traffic is reached.

You may prefer to use our specialty service whereby we set up a basic site for you first, and then train you or your staff how to add to that site, and maintain and optimize it for yourself.
